Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances including a coffee pod machine with pods supplied and an air-fryer is included. The main bedroom with King bed, large bathroom with a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required. A separate small laundry with washing machine and cordless vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a large screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD and Bluetooth stereo.
Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV along with a variety of games. Great for the kids.
The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river up the end of the street from the front of the villa, Small private back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay.
Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 6 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available. .

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The villa was well organised and had everything we needed when cooking. The kid's loved the selection of toys and DVD'S and games. Everything was within walking distance. We felt so at home. Will definitely be back!

Love our unit , always have stay in this complex when in kalbarri. Clean, tidy, everything you need is available. Location is a wonderful. Close IGA shop. There used to be a sail in back courtyard that was gone... would be nice to have that back up as it give you more privacy .. the only thing missing . Otherwise our experience was great. Be back 2025. Great unit. Very clean and functional. Close to the IGA. Pool was clean, easy to use and very welcome on hot afternoons. Very good TV with all streaming services available.

Everything was as expected. Great location, clean accommodation, has everything you need. BBQ was clean and we enjoyed easy meals prep using this.comfy beds and no problems with hot water for 4 adults. I left my mobile phone behind and the property agents advised cleaners found it within 2 mins of my call. It was a very good experience thank you!

Ok - good functionable place to stay. Bathrooms need updating. Bit tired and grout needs cleaning. Downstairs bathroom I think is wheel chair friendly so has no door to the shower and only a curtain so floods the room every time you use it.

The location was gr8. Walking distance to the river, cafes,iga etc.
The town house was perfect for us as we had our own bathrooms.
The beds in each room were very hard so a good nights sleep iwas difficult to achieve. Before yoy book check with Ray White if Western Power are staying in the other units as they like to party into the early hours. We complained to Ray White and this was sorted out.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed in the town house.

Blue Ocean Villa 2 is in the perfect location. Across the road from IGA if you can be bothered cooking or a 5 min walk to restaurants & shops. The villa has all the amenities that you need inc reverse cycle air con in living & both bedrooms & a good size bbq with table & chairs out the back & also at the front of the villa. If you put the chairs on the front lawn you can see the river mouth & ocean, just beautiful. The upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds but can be pushed together to make a king size bed. Just remember you will need to bring your own king size sheets for upstairs. The villas all share a nice pool but as it was quiet I was the only 1 there. If you prefer the beach it's a 2 min walk across the road. You will also see some amazing sunsets. There's plenty of sightseeing to be had & is a very relaxing place. The staff are very efficient & friendly & nothing is a bother. I will definitely stay there again.

Ideal for family of 4. With phone data not being reliable the wifi provided was a great help.
As a family we booked three villas which were all well equipped with ample space for everyone. Spacious kitchens, large bedrooms, private courtyards each with own bbq's. Air/ conditioning certainly was working well during the hot weather. Lovely swimming pool, sheltered from the wind.
