This lovely 3 bedroom two bathroom apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Situated in a great location and only a 2 minute walk to the marina and shops. Main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes with a second small TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with robes and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed with built in robes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The large spacious lounge and dining area has a dining room suite and luxurious lounge with a large screen 58 inch Smart TV , plus reverse cycle air conditioner.
The well stocked kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and separate stove top, overlooking the dining area and out over the gardens that surround the back patio. Main bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower, this also overlooks a small private garden area. Laundry with auto washing machine and separate toilet. The unit has a Iron and ironing board.
Fully enclosed lovely small private back patio area with bench, sink and draining board, fridge/freezer and BBQ, plus outdoor seating. All surrounded by lovely maintained gardens and an Outdoor Shower to wash off after the beach. Full Private undercover carport and extra parking for boat. Lovely green front lawns makes this your home away from home. You will love everything about this holiday home. Wifi is Inc.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Very comfortable and clean. Only disappointment is there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each toilet. Provision of clothes washing detergent would have been handy.

We had a very comfortable stay at Kalbarri Getaway. The unit was spacious, clean and well furnished with comfy beds and sofas.
The kitchen was really big and had everything that you need.
The location was excellent and we'd happily stay here again.

To whom it may concern,
this is the second time we have stayed at this property love the location as it is away from the hustle and Bussel of the main street and is protected from the Seabreeze in Kalabari.
One thing that I would like to mention is how uncomfortable the beds are in the house I don't see how hard it is to supply a good mattress topper and some good quality cotton sheets and a proper doona as for sleeping under a synthetic blanket is not up my ally.
but other wise it is a good property
I see it as important part of rental properties for the comfort of a good bed as we have come from the farm for a two week break and to have 14 nights of uncomfortable sleep is not that enjoyable.
I hope to get a response back would be muchly appreciated.

The property was even better than described. A beautifully presented spacious property ,very clean and roomy. A couple of minor issue which did not impact our stay but was addressed promptly by the owner/manager.
Would definitely book and recommend this property in the future.
Like the little touches of basic items left in the pantry and house if you need them

Beautifully maintained, modern property. We where at the beach everyday so the outside shower was brilliant.
Kitchen was incredibly well stocked right down to measuring spoons and cups, plus extra storage containers.
Very spacious.
Easy stroll to middle of town.
Very quiet at night
Appreciated the washing machine.
We enjoyed Red Bluff bakery, Finlays for a dinner, best to book online. Beach days, explored the gorges, blue holes, did beach yoga with Kalbarri Yoga, plus hired a boat from Kalbarri boat hire. Just love it here.

a home with everything any holiday maker could want. clean, comfortable, perfect location and well appointed. we've stayed at clotworthy for the last 5 times, and its never let us down.
Easy access to amenities and attractions. House accommodated our family group well. Shame the beds are so hard!
