We were so looking forward to coming to Kalbarri but upon arrival we where so disappointed with the accommodation. The furniture looked ramshackled, beds slightly below par (squeaky), the bathroom was in need of alot of love. Lots of maintence is needed in Villa 19.General appreance was untidy. Though the bed linen was very neat. Considering the nightly rate paid we our expectation was not met.
The location was sensational, and the lady that did my booking was really lovely.

Amazing location overlooking the river mouth and ocean, large unit with all the amenities and comfort of home, definitely recommend this property

The villa was still being cleaned when we arrived well after check in time, villa 19 is very outdated and in poor condition, so not good value for money at all.

Thank you for your review , we do appreciate your feed back , unfortunately as the guest that departed prior to your stay did not leave on time, it then makes it difficult to have it ready for the next guest. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

As for the property condition, this has only just come back after the cyclone, the owners have put all new furniture curtains and blinds in this unit to make guest stay comfortable, Kitchen is well equipped with all you could need .

If you holiday in kalbarri again please don't hesitate to contact our office and we can help find you a property more suited to your needs We do hope you enjoyed your time in Kalbarri .
