1st impressions were not good. We open the doors to a dirty villa that had not been cleaned. A quick for phone call to management and they were on there way to clean it.but this did take over an hour to do so which in understandable. I do believe this was due to a miss communication between the owners and the property manger. We did receive compensation and a bottle of wine which was very nice. The villa stay was great with plenty of room for our family and a lovely kitchen. Great location. AC in all bedrooms and living areas.I would recommend putting more toilet paper and maybe soap in the showers.

Absolutely loved staying here, across the road from the river mouth, grassed areas and the jetty, a short walk to town and pub.. so clean and everything we needed right there.

Villa 4 was exceptional in all aspects .. location, view and standard of accomodation including cleanliness, linen and appliances. A short walk to the bakery for an early morning coffee / breakfast to be enjoyed over looking waves crashing against the reef on the outside patio or at the dining table. We really enjoyed our stay in villa 4 and have recommended to many friends and family

We arrived at our accommodation at around 3pm on a beautiful day. The whales must’ve received the memo/email becaupuse we could see them breaching on the horizon from the patio.
This accomodation is right on the Main Street, opposite chinamens beach.
It can be quite noisy at times with local traffic and tourists coming and going.
The unit has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We had 4 adults, me and hubs in the main bed which had A/C and our adult son and his wife in the second bed. They had 3 beds to choose from and had A/C too. I think it would’ve been very squeezy with 2 extra adults.
The small tv room had 2 seater and 3 seater couches, which while comfortable to lay on, didn’t really accommodate the 4 of us comfortably while watching a movie in the evenings.
The unit in general was very clean. But I did notice a few black mould spots in the ensuite shower corners and spiderwebs in the corners of the living areas. But I’m just being picky.
The kitchen has everything you need! Full size fridge, M/W, dishwasher as well a sandwich maker and air fryer.
Washing machine works well and the line is on me and line is by the back door.
Unfortunately, there is not lock on the the rear security door and no deadlock on the rear main door. Which left us feeling quite vulnerable when we left the front and rear doors open for the sea breeze.
All in all it was a wonderful holiday, and just looking at that view everyday made it worthwhile.
Do yourself a favour and just book it.

Spectacular view of the Rivermouth overlooking the ocean, what more could you want. Everything inside was well presented and in pristine condition. I had such an amazing time and wish I had a few more days to stay longer.
