Ground floor Apartment 2 bedroom1 bathroom, main room has 1 x queen bed, second room has 1 x bunk bed and 1 x single bed. Reverse cycle split system air conditioner in the main living area along with TV and DVD. Ceiling fan in lounge room and main bedroom. The kitchen has a Stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer ( No Washing machine) The complex has a laundry, swimming pool, BBQs, and tennis courts please note you do need to bring your own Racquets and balls. This Apartment is Privately Owned.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.
This complex has a large pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool.
. There are share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied.
There are tennis courts for your use, you do need to bring your own rackets and balls

Fantastic time away with the family. Loved the pool. Unfortunately our Fridge smelt like fish bait and we felt that only 1 roll of toilet paper and no hand soap or laundry liquid were provided was a little disappointing but other than that we had a great time.

Our rental experience was good, only negative was that the couches were very uncomfortable and we couldn't sit on them without getting a really sore back, but everything else was good.

Unit was clean, but beds were not comfortable and the lounge was old and sagged in the middle. The front door was warped and tended to stick. Bathroom was good. Overall this unit would be ok for a night or two, but was not really suitable for an extended stay. It gives the appearance of an old and tired unit. Watch out for the high speed bump near the unit. Location near the IGA was good.

Growing up as kid the Kalbarri beach resort was the pinnacle of family friendly activities.
Now it's poorly maintained, paint peeling, spas and saunas closed, gym and restaurant and arcade non existent. It looks like greed got the better of this resort. Shame

A lovely family trip to the Riverview apartments. We have been coming for 17 years. It has all the thing you would need in a basic, self contained unit.
The whole complex is a bit worn down in general. Pool area is lovely as always and great for families. It’s in the perfect location and close to the shop (IGA).
Only comment would be the couches could have done with a clean and a couple of the bbqs were not working properly.
We came in on a Sunday and it was easy to access the keys. Property managers are very helpful with communication.

We enjoyed our stay, would love to see a bigger bin in the kitchen and perhaps some more toilet paper left in the bathroom for our stay as by day 4 we had run out of loo paper. Everything else was wonderful though.

Location is great, unit could do with a deep clean and new carpets though. We've stayed here a few times before but feel it's deteriorating, we were surprised to find the spa and games room both closed and only two of the BBQs in good working order. There were also 2 bike thefts at the resort during our stay that we know of, so maybe security needs to be looked at too - locking of external gates, cameras, racks to chain/secure the bikes outside to or even just a warning to guests that thefts do regularly occur prior to arriving so we can take our own precautions. Fantastic holiday though and we will continue to return and support Kalbarri in the future.

A wonderful little unit with everything you would need for a family stay. It was clean, aircon worked well and it was perfect position to the pool area. Great family holiday accommodation. Property management was very helpful when we needed them.
