All good, although the Riverview property buildings and tennis courts would benefit from a refresh. Very good pool, but it was very cold.

We’ve stayed in this complex before some years ago and this time the overall maintenance of the complex was lacking and looking a little tired. The apartment we stayed in was pleasant though, clean and tidy although could do with a freshen up with paint. Owner that we had communication through was amazing!!

RV 23 was in a beautiful location, but need the kitchen light switch sorted as you had to wiggle it to work, the paint work was very dark and patchy and a water mark on ceiling needed attention. The apartment was clean bar the windows. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Kalbarri.

Lovely apartment with views of inlet and harbour. Well equipped and spacious. Comfy couches. Main bedroom mattress needs an upgrade and possibly better curtains to stop street lights shining in at night.

Great location,and accommodation was pretty good.But I am sure you guys could provide toilet paper and some tea coffee and milk.You shouldn’t expect guest to clean and put rubbish in bins with what you charge.I do agree some people leave it in a mess,but 99% do the right thing.Just a few minor changes would make a big difference.Really enjoyed our stay.

I've been coming to Kalbarri for several decades now and the Riverview location is without a doubt my favourite. This apartment in particular has breathtaking views of the water from the living room, master bedroom and balcony which is a massive bonus. The apartment is very well priced when you take this into consideration. The apartment itself was very clean, simple & functional and had comfortable beds. Also, a very short walk to shops and a great cafe around the corner! I love the centrally located pool & BBQ area, always a highlight. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at Riverview apartment 23. It was clean and comfortable and the pool area was great for our 4 year old. We loved the balcony overlooking the river too. Great location to get around town. My only suggestion would be to provide a pedestal fan for the bunk bed room. We stayed in 45 degree heat and it got quite uncomfortable in there for the kids even with the aircon blowing in from the living room. Overall we had a great stay.

The unit was very good with an amazing view. The only issue we found is that our car space was not clearly marked that it was for unit 23 therefore we kept loosing our parking bay to other people staying in the complex. This became difficult on where to park as we only had 1x bay and all other bays were taken up. We only got our bay a couple days out of our week there.
