This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. It’s in a lovely location close to everything. Lovely views. Quiet and relaxing.
Only downfalls are the couches may need replacing and the dining bench is sometimes impractical for little kids. But did not affect our holiday enjoyment.

We loved our first family holiday to kalbarri. The property was clean and tidy when we arrive and served us well with two young children. We enjoyed the layout of this unit as it allowed us to easily set up a travel cot for our youngest without having to jump over beds/furniture to use it. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and functional and the view of the river was lovely. Although the complex is a little old we found the facilities to be very family friendly. We loved the varying pool depths, the shallow pool was so handy, the two play grounds, the on-site laundry facilities and the bbq area. Not on site but a notable mention was The Gorges Cafe within walking distance for great coffee and yummy food and another larger playground just across the road. We’ll be back!

Great location. Pity the only toilet is upstairs and in the bathroom.
It was a great stay, only concern was the lack of extra toilet paper, as the paper roll ran out the evening of the third night.
It was not a new paper roll on check-in and after three days with two people it ran out. Recommend spare paper rolls be made available.
Observation 1: The flyscreen sliding doors are located on the insider of the glass doors. Just like in a standard residential property, if these flyscreen sliding doors were located on the outside of the glass doors, it will alleviate a situation where the door handles will not hit each other and eventually causing future damage
Observation 2: The lack of shade for the outdoor table in the afternoons.
Observation 3: The current outdoor table and chairs prevents a person from seeing above the brick wall. A neighbouring unit has a taller table and chairs set which does allow a person from seeing above the brick wall.
