Was a great location just the bedroom very hot and small uncomfortable beds the main bedroom the fan was so noisy so we all didn’t get much sleep

The bed was very unconfutable. the springs in the bed creaked every time you moved and no padding on mattress. The cutlery draw was very dirty and had to wash all the utensils and tray. There was no lighting on outside of room for access down the stairs. There should be soap supplyed

The property was not clean when we came. There was sand on the floor that we had to clean with a brush and dust pan as there was no vacuum cleaner available in the property.the couches were so dirty and stained that we had to use sheets to cover them before using. The furniture in the balcony was rusty, the doors of the property was old and broken. That we didn’t feel safe in there. The speed control of fan in the bedroom was broken, so couldn’t use the fan. There was no light in the bedroom other than bedside lamps.

I could not sleep on the main bedroom mattress. It needs to be replaced.

No hot water on the fourth day. The cold shower in winter was not nice.

The main bed has a brand new mattress, beds are a very personal item, we buy all commercial grade mattresses for our properties . As for the hot water, it has been checked only to find no issue, the only thing we can put it down to is having only 50 litre hot water systems in these small units that maybe shower time needs to be taken into consideration.

.We do manage over 100 properties so hopefully we can help you find something more suitable if you visit our lovely town again.

Apartment was overall clean and well presented. Location was good, and close to the gorges cafe and park/ playground which was great for kids. Mattress on the double bed in the main bedroom was not very supportive and felt uneven, and uncomfortable in general to lie on. Both couches in the apartment also had very soft bases and were uncomfortable if sitting for any longer periods. On site pool was a good size and great for kids with dedicated shallower areas.

The location was great, it was fairly peaceful. However the resort is a little run down. Our main issue was the double bed, it was extremely uncomfortable and aged, which led to not sleeping properly. The paint on the stair railings leading up to our room was peeling & jabbed you if you held the rail. I never dared tried & close the curtains at the patio door as they looked very aged & I was worried if I touched them something would break. It could do with an extractor fan in the kitchen. I've said at the bottom I would recommend to a friend, just maybe not that particular apartment. I will try somewhere else next time.
