3 bedroom, 2 bathroom older beach house that has a full kitchen & a new second bathroom & bedroom added. One bedroom has a Double bed with own bathroom & Aircon & ceiling fan, Second bedroom has a Double bed with ceiling fan & the Third bedroom has One has a Double Bed & One bunkbed with pedestal fan.
Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.

Reverse cycle air con in kitchen & back bedroom only, ceiling fans in living areas, TV, front loader washing machine in the laundry area. Microwave, fridge/freezer with stove/oven in kitchen.
A chest freezer on back patio for you to store all the fish you catch, BBQ, outdoor furniture and plumbed fish cleaning table in back yard. Verandah full length of the front and one side of the house with ramp access to both front and back. Rear yard with lawn and fully fenced with drive through access. Plenty of parking behind a secure fence and room out the back to wash the boat..
Pillows & a Comforter on each bed are provided . BYO Sheets, Pillowcases, Towels, bath mats and tea towels .
$50 Dog Fee Payable. Bring your Doggies bed to sleep outside only.. Small dogs may get under the fence !!..

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Whole experience is one we will remember accommodation being one of the major bonuses. It was perfect for our needs and what we were looking for. Took our very dependant greyhound great size backyard and Alfresco for him and perfect. From booking to leaving staff were informative and helpful at every turn. Accidently booked twice and was handled with no problem at all. Currently working out how to get back as soon as possible.

We loved our stay plenty of room for two families and huge backyard perfect for dogs, kicking a footy or playing cricket. Modern spacious kitchen. Two bathrooms. Plenty of parking out the front. We have a Border collie and she was able to get under the fence easily though so be cautious of that if taking dogs. Also if you walk a lot there are no paths till you get to the Main Street so was a little scary riding bikes/pushing prams as we love to walk as opposed to drive everywhere but that’s a small town issue not the accommodation itself.

Property is spacious and suited us having a boat with a big block. Some of the amentieis (lounge) are tired, uncomfortable and need replacing, as well as some being inconveneient (the clothes line is matched for someone 6 foot 7 inches) so hard to use, plus the backstep is a bit dangerous. Property could do with some maintenance and attending to things that are broken eg flywire on the sliding door as we were invaded by mosquitoes one night.

Very nice accommodation. Loved it will stay again.
My only feedback would be the step leading into the back bedroom was quite steep. We travelled with a person with disabilities and the bathroom was perfect for them. Just the step into into the bedroom was steep even for able bodied persons. But. Everything else was wonderful.

Premises was clean. There were a few curious things like: the shower door opening straight onto the bathroom entrance door, the disabled bedroom with wet room and grab rails not being accessible for the disabled because of a high step from the corridor into the bedroom, plugs that were half way up the walls in one bedroom, so my mobile phone had to hang from its charger when being charged. Those with small dogs need to be aware that the double gate at driveway is not escape-proof and neither is the gate at the top of the slipway at the other side of the property, because of gaps between the ground and the gates. Lounge furniture was uncomfortable. There was no double douna for the double bed in the bunk room. The beds in the double and disabled rooms are actually both double beds, as my queen-sized douna linen was too big for the disabled room bed. For the price, really bed linen should have been included. Other than that, property was clean and reasonably liveable for a holiday with a nice big back yard for pets to run around in. The description of the bedrooms on the booking form was inaccurate. I would recommend to a friend only if they wanted somewhere to use as a base, but not as a home from home.

The property is over priced at in excess of $250 per night for the facilities / comfort / location it offers
Air con cannot cool the living room and the minor bedrooms. Floor, patio doors and windows not clean. Frying pan handle fell off while frying - hazardous. Only one bedside table and one lamp in the house despite 3 bedrooms and sleeps 9 ?One coffee table had to take it outside to use on the front verandah. back patio floor very dirty, BBQ grill also dirty had to clean it before use. Only one toilet roll provided for each of the two toilets. TV remote missing I did inform the agent but no feedback and no remote provided during the stay. able to use TV manually but not as convenient. Gardens very dry and resulted in a lot of radiant heat into the house as a result
found that it need more cleaning,And did not have battery in clock or remote for TV and the stove could not be litter because no flint gun to light it .
