This roomy 4 bedroom (3 x Queen Beds, 2 x Tri bunk Beds) 2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned, ducted upstairs and reverse cycle split system downstairs. With downstairs comprising spacious open plan lounge/dining area and a modern kitchen including electric cook top, stainless steel oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer plus highchair. Lounge room has Large TV with use of a Chromecast . There is also a Large Smart TV in Tri -Bunk bedrooms upstairs (great for the kids). The whole villa looks over the sparkling  shared fenced pool. The laundry room has an automatic front loader washing machine and dryer, plus second shower and toilet in bathroom downstairs .

Upstairs consists of the 4 bedrooms, bathroom with a "Hollywood" shower and a separate toilet. The downstairs outdoor area has outdoor setting and BBQ next to the shared pool. Front upstairs balcony with direct access from 2 of the bedrooms, has table and seating as well.  There is a double lockup garage with extra maximum parking for 2 in front of garage and Second fridge located here if required as well. 

Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.

This holiday house is conveniently located close to river and all Kalbarri amenities making this the ideal family holiday home.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
