Waterfront Unit 3 - Kalbarri, WA

Good location, good views. Air conditioning needs to be upgraded both upstairs and down stairs, ceiling fans in bedrooms are required, (2x pedestal fans supplied promptly after request) back bedroom airflow is at a minimum with wind out window especially in hot weather. Bottom floor green fabric lounge needs replacing quite dirty and stained.

Location and facilities were great, just disappointing there was no WIFI (even though it was advertised) and the top bunks had no side rails so our kids were too scared to sleep up there

We love Kalbarri. We love this place, our second time. It has all that we need. Hot nights we use the fans, which is only a few, the breeze is lovely. View is so stunning and relaxing. Pool is great. Great place to make friends if you want too.

Spacious living area upstairs which gave a great view of the river. A well maintained pool onsite for guests is a bonus. It needs more cutlery and crockery for its size. Noisy rattles when windy and in need of TLC for a tired older property.

Visited Kalbarri in September and stayed in Waterfront unit 3 for 4 nights with family. Accommodation is spacious, well maintained and very well located.

I great spot in the heart of Kalbarri over looking the river and ocean. I would suggest a cordless vac to be able give the tiled areas a quick going over seeing we were there for a long period but overall, we're satisfied with our stay. Thanks

Our five days worked out wonderfully, except for the terrible weather on the last morning, but that didn’t matter as we were heading on.

Brilliant location and close to everything. Good value for money. The swimming pool and barbecue were handy.
A sharp knife would be appreciated.

The unit is very large, so everyone had space when needed. The problem was that we were there in 45/46 degree heat and the downstairs area isn't Air conditioned which was a real shame, even Air Con upstairs battled in that heat. Pedestal fans didn't cut it as they were all on short leads so really unable to put where they needed to be to have the most benefit. Thank goodness we had the Pool. The unit is well equipped for a thoroughly enjoyable stay we just won't go back this time of year again.

It was good for our first holiday in kalbarri. Perfect location viewing the river and the ocean with a cup of coffee in the morning, and of course the sunset! There's a cafe just in front of the apartments. Feeding the pelicans was just at the front we didn't see the pelicans though. The apartment is very close to the park and shops. Just wish they told us more information about restaurants as we were planning one night to buy dinner, ended up running around to only find a kebab shop FORTUNATELY! We didn't know what to expect in Kalbarri so I hope they'd give more information to the guests. We were disappointed that the pool was empty, it wasn't available due to the damage caused by the storm months ago. Kids were looking forward to it. The bunk beds we were hoping had rails 'coz we have young kids. The house was nice and clean when we arrived except for kitchen utensils that we had to clean before using them. We had to clean the diswasher too as it was filthy. There were bubble gums stuck in the bunk beds. The tv downstairs wasn't working but the lady came to check after. The flyscreen doors upstairs were broken, couldn't shut properly nor locked so we had to shut the glass doors so kids can't hang around in the balcony when we're not watching, NOT safe at all. We would love to feel the breeze inside though. The curtains needed fixing as well. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We had a great time and we'll definitely come back again when kids are bigger.

The accommodation had a beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were so comfortable

The unit was perfect, clean and comfortable.
The only thing is only a quarter of the BBQ worked, so needs repairing.
Pool wasn’t available due to storm damage but we were informed about this do so all good. I would suggest a large floor mat downstairs for little ones as the tiles are pretty hard. Overall great value. Thank you.

This unit is in a great location for Kalbarri and is a great size for a family. Unfortunately the general maintenance of the property is almost non existent with windows not working properly or flyscreens missing or not working either. The paintwork on the walls is chipped and stained and in need of a refresh. Patio furniture is ancient and likely to break at anytime. Overall the property could be great but needs some serious TLC.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Unit had everything you could ask for from kitchenware to comfort,bbq and pool just topped of the stay. Will definitely be coming back.
