Good location, nice to have the view of the water. Tired furnishings and decor. We had lots of mosquitos in the unit which wasn't great. Better fly screens without holes in them would surely help. Pool was nice to have, but quite cold (April). Price was probably about right for what it was though.

We had a great holiday and extended our stay for an extra night.Unit 3 was very clean, comfortable and well equipped- all the way through to matching crockery. The pool area is lovely but we thought the complex looked tired. Lots of sand areas in the lawn and layers of paint peeling off walls in many areas.
We would definitely stay there again.

We like this particular unit mainly because of its position, but the furniture is also better than average. Some issues were there last year and are still there now - We have booked two weeks next year, so I hope the following issues are addressed before we arrive next year in April.
Issues are: The TV has a line across the screen about one inch from the bottom, and the colour on the screen is very 'washed out'.
Both sliding doors need new rollers.
The sliding flyscreen has gaps and rips in the screen mesh.
The main flyscreen door slams if you let it (and wakes the neighbours).
Despite these problems, as stated above, we have booked again for next year.

Great little place, right across from the river and Reefwalker charters.the unit was perfect for our little family of 4 with the door opening to the river. Only downside was the air-conditioning switches off after 3hours so you wake up every morning in a pool of sweat during summer. Otherwise a perfect getaway.

Easy to book and great communication with Real estate office with any questions or concerns. Great view and location. Bunk bed was showing its age and very noisy.
A vacuum cleaner would have been handy after a weeks stay. Offer to re-book for next year straight away was happily accepted.

The apartment was very clean and practical. The gardens needed some TLC. The pool is missing the beautiful swan (the grandkids loved climbing on it) The pool in the resort is one of the best family pools I have ever seen. If patrons want to use the other amenities they need to bring their own racquets and balls as the office is no longer open to borrow.The resort is a wonderful place for families to stay. I would like to visit more often but the rule of a minimum of three nights makes it too expensive when I just want a weekend. The town is still recovering from the cyclone and Covid and so have a labour shortage like other places. Eating places weren't always open but that should improve in the summer holidays.

Well appointed unit. Has all you need for a comfortable stay. Could do with a kitchen extractor fan. Located across from the jetty access road which gets car light into the unit. Very happy overall
Excellent location and has everything you need. Would definitely come back.
I would suggest having a look at replacing the main bedroom mattress.
