Our deluxe 2 bedroom villas are self-contained standalone 2 storey townhouses. With no other guest living above you the villa is perfect for smaller families or couples, offering a spacious and relaxing 'home away from home' holiday - Unit 6 has 2 bedrooms 1 x King bed & 2 x  Singles and 1 bathroom upstairs plus a second separate toilet downstairs.

Downstairs the villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances + a Nespresso coffee machine some pods are provided on arrival along with a few various Tea & sugar. The laundry has a front load washing machine & dryer with separate second toilet. The open plan lounge kitchen and dining area has a television, blue ray DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.
Upstairs has the Main bedroom with a King bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds plus the bathroom with shower & toilet. There is also an open sitting room with an additional lounge, smaller television and DVD player.

Our Accommodation also offers you air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a small back patio with outdoor setting & BBQ in your own courtyard with clothes line and your own 1 car undercover parking bay. 

Blue Ocean Villas are ideally situated in a complex of 6 villas with a shared beautiful Pool. Positioned just a stones throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants.  WIFI and Foxtel are also available.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops,hairdresser, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park, and much more.

The Villa has a great layout, plenty of space to spread out, well equipped kitchen! Beds are relatively comfortable, being just round the corner from IGA is handy, and a short walk for a morning coffee at two of the best cafes. Wasn't missing anything really, would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Our rental unit was clean and very well presented, close to the IGA and a short walk to the beach, tourist information and main shopping area. A small maintenance item was repaired efficiently and we would happily return to the unit in the future.

Blue Ocean Villa 5 was very clean and roomier than we expected. The unit had everything we needed.
Great location, just a short stroll to beautiful Chinamans Bay, with IGA round the corner.
We loved it so much we stayed another night as we could not face leaving.
Management was friendly, professional and prompt with any enquiries we had.
We had a wonderful time exploring the gorges and National Park.
Snorkeling at Blue Holes is always an amazing experience with the abundance of fish life.
We also saw whales out at sea on our beach walks.
Overall Kalbarri is one of my favourite holiday places in WA. We try to go yearly.
The people are friendly, the atmosphere is so relaxed, but there are plenty of activities to suit the more active and adventuous.
I would highly recommend a holiday here and staying at Blue Ocean villas. close to restaurants. We would definately look at staying here again.

Very clean & beautiful Villa! We really enjoyed our stay & felt like home while we were there, the coffee pods & extra bits & pieces like body wash, shampoo & conditioner were a unexpected & nice touch that we appreciated! Only thing we would do is organise a child safety gate for the stairs next time as our 1 & 3yr olds thought it was a great novelty. The small courtyard was enough to keep them busy on their little bikes :-)

The villa has a great layout (kitchen/dining/laundry/toilet are downstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet are upstairs). The shower is very spacious, with good water pressure. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and plenty of space for all our stuff. Comfortable beds. All appliances are modern and worked perfectly. The villa was immaculate clean on our arrival and smelled nice.
