3 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex on the waterfront - great value for money. Main bedroom has 1 x Queen bed and the Two other bedrooms both have 2 x Single beds in each, Reverse cycle air con in living area plus TV, DVD player and CD player. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a microwave, fridge/freezer, stove/oven and Breville Pod Coffee machine in the well stocked kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board in laundry. BBQ and outdoor patio furniture on front under cover verandah with those great views of the river and ocean. Back patio also has outdoor setting and there is a small lawn area surrounded by garden. Parking for a boat. Short stroll to shops. and pride.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.
Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

This was our third time staying in Kalbarri and the first at this property. We really liked it. Great location and the house was well furnished and looked after. There is no WiFi so the smart tv isn’t so smart. But with a HDMi cable and a laptop we easily managed. There is also a dvd (not Blue-ray) player. Our only wishes are for there to be a removable divider for the front to separate the houses more. And adding a gate to make it pet friendly would be nice too! Overall though it’s definitely somewhere we’d stay again.

Fabulous break away as always! We love this property and stay annually. Perfect as we have young children so can walk across to the water for a play, paddle board etc and come back home when needed without packing up for hours.
Views are wonderful and the house is well equipped

It was in a great position, beautiful sunsets ever night. But unfortunately the main back bedroom was extremy hot at night, no air con in the room and the lounge room.aircon doesn't help. Ceiling fan so noisy you cannot use it, and sleep. Other then that one complaint the place was great. Very clean, lots of utensils great parking too. IGA 2 doors up the street.

This property is clean and well maintained and very well designed so as to be cool. Living area very spacious and comfortable furniture and beds. Nice little sun trap back yard and a great front deck with stunning views of the sunsets over the Murchison river.

A great place to enjoy Kalbarri from, meters from supermarket a short walk to the Gorges café and spectacular sunsets from your front deck every night. A comfortable bed and peaceful nights made for a great stay.

Clean and tidy accommodation, great views of the river overall great spot, no aircons in bedrooms which we had experienced some really hot days/nights during our stay.
The house has good view and close to IGA. The bed is clean and kitchen is well equipped.
The shower gel shouldn't be in glass bottle as my kids were using it and it broke into pieces. My son foot was cut by the pieces, luckily he didn't need stitches.
The drain in the shower is poorly functional,causing flooding everywhere
The sink at the kitchen always clogged, is not draining well.
